In the lyocell manufacturing process, raw bamboo pulp undergoes dissolution utilising a non-toxic solvent, resulting in the production of non-hazardous effluent. The fibre formation occurs within a closed-loop system, where 98% of the water utilised during fabrication is recycled. This meticulous process yields bamboo lyocell fabric that is stronger and softer compared to bamboo rayon. Furthermore, it is free of harmful chemicals and demands significantly reduced energy and water consumption during production.
