Shipping policy


Getting your order to you

We want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. Here’s what you need to know about delivery, fees, and duties:

1. General

We strive to keep accurate stock records on our website. Occasionally, items may be out of stock. In such cases, we’ll deliver the available products and reach out to see if you’d like to wait for the backordered items or receive a refund.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, except on national holidays.

  • If your order is split into multiple shipments, they may not arrive on the same day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Local Delivery: 2–5 working days
International & Worldwide Delivery: 4–22 days (depending on courier and destination)

Change of Delivery Address: To update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@bedroomaffairs.com and provide your order number.

Items Out of Stock: Existing items in your order will be reserved while we await any out-of-stock items.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Local Deliveries: FREE for orders $150 (SGD) and above, $9.90 flat fee for orders under $150.

  • International Deliveries: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Already included in the price of goods displayed on the website.

  • Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders):

    • Duties and taxes may be required upon arrival in your country.

    • At checkout, you can pre-pay these fees for faster delivery and to reduce the chance of customs delays, or choose to pay them separately upon arrival.

5. Delivery Address & Representatives

  • Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

  • If you or someone you trust is present at the time of delivery, a signature is required.

  • You can appoint a representative to receive the order on your behalf. We’ll follow their instructions as if they were yours.

  • If redelivery is required, extra fees may apply.

6. Door-Drop Option

On the cart page, you can choose to have your parcel left at your door:

  • Option selected: We’ll leave the parcel at your door and send you a WhatsApp message once it’s delivered. BA is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.

  • Option not selected: Our delivery team will call you before delivery to coordinate handover.

7. Checking Your Order

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.

  • If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 14 business days so we can help.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.

  • If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.

9. Insurance & Express Delivery

Insurance and express delivery options are not available at this time.
