These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply exclusively between Bedroom Affairs (“BA,” “we,” or “us”) and any person placing an order on www.bedroomaffairs.com (“you,” “your”). By placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Business Days: Weekdays when trading banks are open in Singapore.

  • Delivery Address: The address you provide for delivery on the website.

  • Delivery Fee: Fees charged for delivery of Goods.

  • Goods: Items offered for sale on the website.

  • Order: Your request to purchase Goods from BA.

  • Price: Purchase price of each Good, including GST.

  • Website: www.bedroomaffairs.com

  • You/Your: Purchaser of Goods from BA.


2. Using the Website

  • BA does not guarantee that any file or program downloaded or run from the Website is free from viruses or other harmful elements. You assume all risk and release BA from any responsibility for any consequences of its use.

  • The website is provided “as is”; content may contain errors and may change at any time.

3. Cookies

  • Cookies collect site usage information to improve services.

  • Disabling cookies may limit website functionality.

4. Availability of Goods

  • Goods may be out of stock or withdrawn at any time without notice.

  • Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only; minor variations may occur.

  • Dimensions and internal specifications are your responsibility to verify before ordering.

5. Placing Orders

  • Provide accurate personal details for order processing and delivery.

  • Orders require an active email and telephone number.

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission unless agreed with BA.

  • Automatic order numbers will be issued upon submission; keep this number for customer service.

  • You are responsible for verifying suitability of Goods before purchase.

6. Price and Payment

  • Prices and Delivery Fees are in SGD and include GST where applicable.

  • BA may change prices at any time, except for orders already accepted.

  • Payment methods are specified on the order form.

  • You must not engage in fraudulent conduct.

7. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions are subject to additional terms as specified.

  • Prices and promotions online may differ from in-store offers.

8. E-Gift Vouchers

  • E-Gift Voucher sales are final and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost, stolen, or fraudulently presented vouchers will not be replaced.

  • Vouchers cannot be refunded for change of mind.

  • Delivery email addresses must be correct; BA is not responsible if a voucher is used by someone else or cannot be delivered due to spam filters, firewalls, or other factors outside our control.

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue; expiry is not extended.

  • Any unused voucher balance will remain on the same code and may be used for multiple orders until fully utilised.

  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

  • Vouchers can be used together with discount codes.

  • The balance on a voucher is applied to the total value of an order, including taxes and shipping.

  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance may be paid using another payment method.

  • Refunds for orders paid with vouchers will be credited back to the same voucher code; expiry is not extended.

  • BA may withhold redemption if fraud is suspected.


9. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by Singapore law.
