Refund policy

Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of thought, no worries! Unused items purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the day your delivery arrives. We’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund.

Please make sure the items are in their original condition and packaging, and have your invoice handy when processing your return.

Important Notes:

  • You’ll only be allowed to exchange an item once.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges if items have been washed, used, or if the request is outside the 14-day return period.

  • We also do not accept returns or exchanges for consignment items from other vendors or orders made during Acceptance Sale or clearance promotions, including Online Exclusive offers.

Returning Your Items:

  • Preferred Method: Head down to our warehouse at:
    UB Point, 61 Ubi Avenue 1, #02-03, Singapore 408941

  • Alternative Method: Return items via registered mail at your own cost. BA cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

  • Postal exchanges are not available.

Exceptions-
For hygiene or special item reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  • Pillows, bolsters, quilts, mattress protectors,
  • Blankets
  • Towels

Faulty Items

If an item has a manufacturing fault, we’re here to help!

  • You can choose an exchange or a full refund, and we will cover postage charges.

  • Contact us within 14 days of discovering the fault and provide:

    • Your order number

    • Item name

    • A brief description of the fault

    • A clear image of the faulty item to help us process your request quickly

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the same method as your original payment.

  • If your order was paid with an E-Gift Voucher, any refund will be added back to the same voucher for future use. The expiry date of the voucher will not be extended.

  • Transaction fees for full returns are borne by the customer.

Cancellation of Your Order

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting us before shipment.

  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Change of Mind policy above.
