The following apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Business Days means a week day in which trading banks are open for the transaction of banking business in Singapore.
Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the electronic Order form on the Website.
Delivery Fee means the fees charged for the delivery of Goods
Goods means the items offered for sale, described or displayed on the Website.
Order means a request by you to purchase Goods from BA in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Price means the purchase price of each Good as specified on the Website (including GST). Website means http://www.bedroomaffairs.com/.
We or Us or Our or BA means any of Bedroom Affairs its directors/employees.
You or Your means you as the purchaser of Goods from BA pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Using the Website
2.1. BA cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via the Website is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this site, and you release BA entirely of all responsibility of any consequences of its use.
2.2. The Website and its contents are provided to you on “as is” basis; the site may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current.
2.3. We reserve the right to change the Website at any time.
3. Web browser cookies
3.1. Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer hard drive.
3.3. If you disable cookies on your web browser, you may not be able to fully experience all features of the BA Website
4. Availability of Goods
4.1. You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some Goods on the Website may be out of stock or unavailable.
4.2. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any Good displayed on the Website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. BA will not be liable to you for any loss (consequential, direct or indirect) you or any third party may suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of availability with respect to a particular Good.
4.3. Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will contact you.

5. Placing Orders for Goods
5.1. In completing the electronic Order form, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details to enable the processing and delivery of your Order. This information will also be used by the Delivery team to fulfil your Order. BA will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver Goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in respect of an Order by you.
5.2. You may Order from BA if you have an active email account and a telephone number at which you can be easily contacted.
5.3. Once you submit your Order, cancellations of your Order or changes to the Goods in your Order cannot be made (unless changes to the Order are made by agreement with BA and any cancellations are otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions). However, we will allow you to return Goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must check your Order carefully prior to submitting your Order with us.
5.4. You will be provided with an automatic Order number upon submission of your Order to the Website. The Order number is required when contacting BA Customer Service in relation to your Order.
5.5. You agree to make your own enquiries to verify information provided and to assess the suitability of Goods before you order the Goods.
6. Price and Payment
6.1. All Prices, Delivery Fees and other charges quoted are in Singapore Dollars and where applicable, are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
6.2. BA reserves the right to change or alter Prices of Goods on the Website for any reason and without notice to you, unless you have already submitted an Order at a stipulated Price and that Order has been accepted by us, in which case there will be no change or alteration in pricing.
6.3. In respect of any Order, we will charge you and you agree to pay the Price (which is the Price at the time the Order is submitted) and the Delivery Fee.
6.4. You can pay for your Goods by any of the methods specified on the electronic Order form on the Website. When paying by credit card, you authorise BA to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your Order.
6.5. In relation to credit cards, you should contact your card issuer in the first instance to try to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card, or use an alternative payment method in order to continue with your Order.
6.6. In ordering, paying or attempting to pay for the Goods, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any Law.
7.1.1. BA aims to dispatch an Order from our warehouse within 3 business days.
7.2. We cannot guarantee that Orders that are split will be delivered on the same day.
7.3. From time to time, BA may not be able to achieve the delivery time frames. You acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding anything else in this clause:
7.4. During major sales events and other periods of peak delivery (for example Christmas) Orders may experience delivery delays.
7.5. Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process. You will need to submit a separate Order for Goods where you require multiple delivery destinations.
7.6. If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place. The representative must be capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that our Delivery team will be entitled to rely on the appointed representative's instructions as if they were your own instructions.
7.7. You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you or your representative refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery. Where redelivery is required because of refusal to accept delivery, you may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery.
7.8. If there is no one available at the Delivery Address to accept delivery, or there is limited access to the Delivery Address, a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the nearest BA store.
7.9. If Goods are required to be redelivered, you may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery.
7.10. Upon delivery, you must inspect your Goods and check that the Goods delivered match your Order. If the Goods are not as ordered, there are Goods missing or there is obvious damage to the Goods due to transit, you must contact BA Customer Service within 7 Business Days.
7.11. Insurance and express delivery is not available in respect of your Order.
7.12. Authority to Leave, you may indicate in the comment box (under shipping method) to authorise BA to arrange for your Order to be delivered and to be left at the shipping address without requiring a signature for its delivery, and hereby acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by BA’s Delivery team will be obtained in order to satisfy proof of delivery. BA will not replace or refund items which you authorise to be left without signature.
8. Order cancellations
8.1. Unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions, no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the stated Delivery Address in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you must carefully check that your Order is accurate before you submit it to us.
8.2. Where we reject or cancel your Order under these Terms and Conditions, and your payment for the Goods has already been processed, we will refund the Price of the Goods to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. BA is not liable with respect to any loss (consequential, direct or indirect) you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing or paying your refund.
9.1. Unused Goods in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of the date of your delivery being received upon presentation of the original Tax Invoice together with the credit card used for the purchase.
9.2. Transaction fees will be borne by customer if 100% return or refund is requested.
9.3. BA’s preferred method of return is for the Goods to be returned to the following HQ address: 24 Lim Teck Boo Road, #03-03 Nanyang Centre, Singapore 537003. Alternatively, Goods may be returned via Registered at your own cost. BA will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
9.4. No postal exchange service is provided.
9.5. For Goods deemed to have a manufacturing fault you will be refunded or the Goods replaced.
10. Promotions and Discounts
10.1. From time to time BA will run temporary promotions and offer discounts on Goods sold through the Website. Such promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions (as specified with the offer). You should read these terms and conditions carefully.
10.2. All reference to times in promotions are based on the local time in Singapore. The Goods, Prices, and promotions that are offered on the Website may not correspond to those in a BA store and vice versa.
11.1. We collect Personal Information that you choose to give us, for example your email address, Residential, postal and delivery/ billing addresses as well as information about your browsing activities in order to communicate with you for reasons related to your purchase of goods online, respond to your enquiries and provide you with information and news about our products or services that may interest you.
11.2. We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information which we hold from interference, misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We use a variety of security measures to protect your information, including secure servers, firewalls and encryption. We will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access and use of your Personal Information.
11.3. You have the option to provide Personal Information, use a pseudonym or to remain anonymous. If you prefer that we not collect your Personal Information, please do not submit or provide it. Please note that you may not be able to access or use certain parts of the Website and we may not be able to respond to you if you choose not to provide Personal Information.
12. E-GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acknowledgement and acceptance of Gift Card Terms and Conditions
12.1. E-Gift Voucher sales are final and may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
12.2. E-Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or honoured if, lost or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
12.3. E-Gift Vouchers are not refundable for change of mind.
12.4. It is your responsibility to check the delivery email address provided is correct. BA cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone else or if the E-Gift Voucher is deleted.
12.5. When an E-Gift Voucher has been purchased on our website, it can take up to 1 working day for the voucher to be sent to the recipient. If there is a delay BA cannot be held responsible. We cannot take responsibility if an E-Gift Voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, or any other factors outside of our control.
12.6. E-Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for merchandise at BA online store as indicated
12.7. E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The validity date cannot be extended.
12.8. Any unused E-Gift Voucher will not be refunded upon expiry.
12.9. E-Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Vouchers.
12.10. Promotional Coupon Codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Voucher.
12.11. E-Gift voucher are only available for one-time use. The remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
12.12. If your purchase exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, you can pay the remaining balance using a different payment method.
12.13. If you return, part return, or cancel an order where a E-Gift Voucher was used as payment, the refund will be issued in the same way as the purchase was made.
12.14. Should BA suspect any fraud relating to a E-Gift Voucer, BA may refuse to redeem the E-Gift Voucher until BA is satisfied that no fraud has occurred
