Change of Mind

Unused items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received for an exchange or refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Presentation of Invoice is required to process a return.

BA’s preferred method of return is for the Goods to be returned to the following address. Alternatively,  Goods may be returned via post at your own cost. BA will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, be in an original condition and packaging and include original invoice. Due to hygiene reasons, pillows, bolsters or Duvet Inserts (quilts) are non-returnable and non-refundable. We suggest you visit a nearest BA store to try on our samples before buying.

Faulty Items

On a rare occasion a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, we will process either an exchange or a full refund including postage charges. The choice is yours! Contact us within 14 days you discover a fault, advising the order number, the faulty item's name and number and a description of the fault.

Cancelling Your Order

Please kindly note, once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
